JOB TITLE Waiter | Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment | Operations

ROLE SUMMARY To provide exceptional food and beverage service to VOX Cinemas guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and a memorable cinema experience.

ROLE PROFILE

Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Present menus and assist guests in making menu selections.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and cleaned before and after service.

Provide information about menu items, ingredients, and promotions.

Upsell food and beverage items to increase revenue.

Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and effectively.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and accurate order preparation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.

Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory as required.

Support team members during busy periods or special events.

Adhere to VOX Cinemas and MAF Entertainment service standards and policies.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B or hospitality; cinema or restaurant experience preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional attitude.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Adherence to hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards at all times.
