About the position

We are looking for a finance leader in Doha to drive FP&A, P&L management, and cost optimization across digital and insurance projects. The role involves building financial models, aligning IFRS with tech standards.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and product-level P&L management.
• Prepare management reports for CEO / CTO with focus on ROI, unit economics, and growth metrics.
• Optimize costs — set up cost allocation, manage CapEx vs OpEx (incl. R&D), and drive FinOps with engineering teams.
• Align Group Finance (IFRS, compliance) with tech / product standards, ensuring audit readiness.
• Support partnerships & deals — build financial models for Big Tech, universities, and venture collaborations; manage due diligence and scenario analysis.
