Sleep Data Analyst - Sports (10 Months Contract)

Job Purpose :

To serve as the central coordinator for athlete sleep data across all professional football clubs. The analyst will be responsible for the daily monitoring, validation, and interpretation of player sleep metrics, identifying deviations and working closely with club representatives and technology providers to enhance recovery and performance through improved sleep hygiene. This role also contributes to the integration of sleep-related insights into player performance and financial assessments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data Monitoring & Validation

• Review daily sleep data for all registered players across participating clubs.
• Flag anomalies such as irregular sleep patterns, low sleep quality, or insufficient sleep duration.
• Detect and report any suspicious or potentially inaccurate data trends, including cases of non-usage or possible data manipulation.
• Communicate relevant findings to designated club performance staff.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of sleep data across all systems.
