Responsibilities
Manage and maintain data accuracy across Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho CRM, and related platforms.
Design and maintain reports and dashboards using
Zoho Analytics
to track key workforce metrics.
Integrate data from multiple sources to provide unified insights on recruitment, deployment, and performance.
Analytics & Insights
Analyze key workforce indicators such as headcount trends, mobilization status, time-to-fill, and attrition rate.
Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
Support management with periodic analytical reports and performance dashboards.
Automation & Reporting
Automate data collection and report generation using Zoho Flow and Deluge scripting.
Create real-time visual dashboards for department heads and project managers.
Ensure timely delivery of data reports and analysis to support strategic decisions.
Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to improve processes through data insights.
Prepare trend analyses, forecasts, and executive summaries for internal reviews.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all organizational data.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in
Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Administration .
3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in the workforce outsourcing or contracting industry.
Hands‑on experience with
Zoho applications
(Recruit, People, CRM, Analytics).
Proficiency in data visualization, report automation, and dashboard creation.
Knowledge of SQL, Excel (advanced), and Zoho Deluge scripting preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
Excellent understanding of workforce metrics and operational data.
High proficiency in Zoho Analytics and business reporting.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage large datasets and deliver insights under tight deadlines.
