Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain company documents, records, and filing systems
  • Coordinate with management, employees, clients, and service providers
  • Prepare reports and handle administrative correspondence
  • Monitor office supplies and support general office requirements
  • Assist with operational and logistical coordination when required
  • Ensure all administrative processes are organized and up to date


Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, office management, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Professional attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Must hold a valid driving licence
  • Experience in a contracting or construction company will be an advantage
