Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including floors, walls, and waste areas.
• Operate and clean pot-washing machinery and industrial dishwashers according to hygiene standards.
• Sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Dispose of trash and waste per hotel and regulatory standards, following recycling guidelines.
• Assist cooks and servers as needed and perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines for safe chemical use.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in proper working condition.
