We are currently seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee all facets of operations at our client’s clinic located in Ras Laffan, Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth running of clinic services, uphold clinical governance, guarantee the delivery of exceptional patient care and customer experience, and efficiently manage resources to meet operational demands. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the highest compliance standards with healthcare regulations and fostering a culture of continuous professional development amongst all clinic staff through targeted training and effective performance management systems.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the health and safety of personnel within a dynamic industrial environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote wellbeing and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses a wide spectrum of responsibilities encompassing operational management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and health and safety leadership. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Maintaining clinic facilities at optimum operational readiness, ensuring staffing levels, medical equipment, and client services consistently meet rigorous standards.
- Leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical practice standards through collaboration with medical, nursing, and paramedical teams.
- Ensuring strict adherence to local regulations and international standards of clinical care and service delivery, establishing robust governance frameworks within the clinic.
- Overseeing primary healthcare provision, emergency stabilization protocols and occupational health services to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Enforcing Universal Precautions rigorously to maintain infection control and safety for patients and staff.
- Championing Continuous Quality Improvement programmes to promote excellence and responsiveness within all aspects of clinic operations.
- Managing medical waste and hazardous materials in full compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring mandatory completion of International SOS eLearning modules and occupational health and safety training for all clinic personnel.
- Collaborating proactively with management teams to cultivate a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all prescribed safe work procedures and legislative obligations.
- Promoting a culture of health and safety by encouraging staff to take personal responsibility for their wellbeing and that of colleagues, promptly reporting injuries, hazards or illnesses, and participating actively in the clinic’s health and safety initiatives.
This role also involves regular review and enhancement of operational protocols to adapt to evolving healthcare standards and emerging risks, ensuring the clinic provides a resilient and patient-focused service.
