Job Summary : Performs administrative duties such as providing assistance and direction to visitors / guests / employees, taking telephone messages, screening and forwarding calls in a professional and efficient manner to create a good impression for the company. Responsibilities
Check admission of guests without appointments and escalate to the direct supervisor on a daily basis. Maintain a log of visitors and appointments for easy reference on a daily basis. Ensure department documents are distributed to the concerned personnel in a timely manner. Monitor and request required reception supplies on a monthly basis. Ensure proper dissemination of mails to the department on a daily basis. Ensure couriers / packages are delivered / received in a timely manner. Additional Responsibilities
Maintain all invoices for expenditures from petty cash and file the invoices appropriately. Job Knowledge & Skills
Familiarity with general office machines (fax, copier, printers, etc.). Knowledge of phone etiquette; good communication (oral and written). Understanding and knowledge in document control and management. Proficient in computer systems, applications and programs. ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills. Experience
5 years minimum; 2 years GCC. Competencies
