Premium Solutions Consultancy WLL is hiring on behalf of our esteemed client for the position of Customer Service Expert .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email , providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Resolve customer complaints, offering solutions or escalating when necessary.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through positive and productive interactions.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.
  • Manage customer accounts, providing updates and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist with product inquiries and other related concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage customer accounts efficiently.
  • Ability to join immediately with a valid QID (NOC ready).
