A leading educational institution in Qatar is looking for a professional to oversee tendering strategies and the entire contracting process. The successful candidate will lead the development of sourcing policies, review procurement requests, and manage the tendering process in compliance with institutional policies. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Law and 8-10 years of related experience are essential. Strong analytical and project management skills are required.
