As the Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Lead proactive sales efforts, including door-to-door sales, cold calling, and networking to gain new clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as planned.
• Finalize business deals and convert potential leads into long-term clients.
• Arrange meetings between potential clients and the Brill Creations technical team.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client goals and project execution.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Willingness to appear as model on request. (Most cases related to sales promotions and creative agency content creations)
