Overview

Welder - Entry Level (Visa Sponsorship Available). Our company, located in Al-Rayyan, is seeking an entry-level Welder to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in starting a career in welding and has little to no experience. We are open to hiring Indian nationals who are fluent in English and provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Operate welding equipment and tools such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders
  • Read and interpret blueprints or project specifications
  • Measure and cut metal pieces accurately
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance
  • Ensure proper maintenance of welding equipment
  • Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be fluent in English (both oral and written)
  • Previous experience in welding is not required but preferred
  • Knowledge of different types of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced welders
