Employee Relations Coordinator (Superheroes Onboarding)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and implementation of P&C initiatives.
- Provide guidance to employees and management on conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and manage the renewal process for QIDs (Qatar IDs), ensuring timely submission and completion.
- Oversee the issuance and renewal of Health Cards and Health Certificates, adhering to legal requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of employee clearances and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Ops team to address performance-related issues of riders / drivers.
- Act as a liaison between Camp Supervisors, Camp Officers, and management to ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare and distribute P&C-related announcements, updates, and newsletters to camp personnel.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation, induction schedules, and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
