Multi Technician

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC and basic mechanical systems.

Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

Conduct routine inspections of facilities and systems to identify issues or potential failures.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with other technicians and departments for complex tasks and projects.

Provide input on improving maintenance procedures and operational efficiency.

Participate in emergency maintenance and on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a multi-skilled technician.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance.

Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
