Job Description

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment.
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action.
• Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way.
• To inspect, clean, maintain and repair all MEP system available at the premises.
• To maintain all lighting throughout hotel.
• To maintain all HVAC units.
• Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational.
• Do all work orders pertain to the hotel.
• Answer all calls and perform repairs; if unable to repair, notify the duty engineer of the problem.
• To maintain the reading of utility meters and report deviations.
• Daily walk around on all plant rooms, workshop and report deviations.
• Take daily engineering operation checklists to ensure equipment is working in good condition.
• Provide proper handover to the next shift with pending issues and major updates.
• Acknowledge complaints within the given time frame; complete the job, or escalate with detailed remarks if pending.
• Follow pending complaints during your shift and complete the work in coordination with Engineering Shift Leader.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) for all equipment as instructed by the Engineering Shift Leader on a monthly basis and update the PPM Job sheet for validation by Chief Engineer.
• Operate BMS System as required and notify the Engineering Shift Leader of any changes during your shift (e.g., override valves / fans).
• Maintain cleanliness of workshop, working place and plant rooms before / during / after work.
