Role - Call Center Agent - Arabic Speaker
Type - Outsourced
Salary - 5000 AED
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products / services, and resolve issues efficiently.
Record details of customer interactions, complaints, comments, and actions taken in the CRM system.
Escalate complex queries or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and quality standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Adhere to call center scripts, protocols, and compliance requirements.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and standard office applications.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
