Part-Time Staff Assistant

We are seeking a part-time staff assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This position is open to both Indian and Pakistani nationals, with no English language proficiency required. As a staff assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked at all times
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the supervisor
• Perform basic data entry and record keeping tasks
