Senior Recreation Services Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Hospitality, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in International standard Hotel or Club related organization. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of recreational facilities, including staffing, scheduling, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement recreational programs and activities for diverse user groups.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and manage budgets for recreational programs and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to organize special events and activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in recreation services.
