Job Title : Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist

Location : Ar-Ruwais

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team as a Process Improvement Specialist. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
• Develop and implement plans to streamline production, reduce waste, and increase output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas of concern.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all production processes.
• Train and educate employees on new processes and procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and increased efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in process improvement.

Salary

Salary : 1100$ per month

Location and relocation

This is a full-time position open to all nationalities. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ar-Ruwais if not already residing there.
