About the role This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll take ownership of our Gulf go-to-market strategy—driving visibility, building trust, and helping families feel at home in our growing community. You’ll oversee digital marketing, partnerships, events and media activity—while also designing and delivering local meet ups and gatherings for both current and prospective families. You’ll work closely with our UK-based marketing and admissions team while building relationships on the ground with local media, influencers, education networks and potential partners. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape our local brand presence—bringing in ideas, adapting to cultural nuances, and owning key growth metrics in the region. This is a perfect fit for someone who understands both the technical side of modern marketing and the human side of education—someone who can balance data, storytelling and meaningful relationships.

Community marketing & localisation
Be the first point of contact for community-building in the Gulf
Organise regular in-person events and meet-ups for enrolled families—creating spaces for students and parents to connect

Track performance against key KPIs, including qualified leads, enrolments and campaign ROI
Report regularly to the UK Chief Growth Officer and CEO with learnings, challenges and next steps
Work closely with our GCC Admissions Officer and Vice Principal Middle East and ensure campaigns are aligned with the family experience from first click to first class
You’ll thrive in this role if you...
Have at least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in education, media, ed tech or family-focused services
Are based in the UAE and have a deep understanding of the Gulf education landscape and expat parent mindset
Are highly organised and confident managing a complex calendar of deliverables across multiple platforms and partners
Write clearly, speak confidently, and understand how to shape messaging for trust and empathy—not pressure
Know your way around paid social, CRM tools, email automation and media buys
Are fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Are excited about making a real difference in the lives of students and families
What you’ll get
A leading role in bringing a game-changing school model to one of the world’s fastest-growing education regions
Full flexibility to work remotely with regular collaboration in person or virtually
A values-driven team who care deeply about students and families
The chance to grow with a school that’s already redefining what modern education can look like
If you believe education should fit the student, not the other way around, this could be your next chapter.
