This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the academy, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong business background, leadership experience, and a passion for the arts and skills development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the smooth operations of the academy, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Events, IT, HR, and Finance to achieve revenue targets and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies for growth.
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
- Lead and inspire a multi-cultural team, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Understand customer needs, forecast trends, and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure operational excellence.
- Represent the academy with strong public speaking and communication skills.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed university.5-7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role managing teams.Proven track record in business operations, preferably within the arts or skills development industry.Strong business planning skills and a customer-centric approach.Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).IT proficiency and a confident public speaker.Personal attributes : Enthusiastic, organized, flexible, and proactive with a pleasing personality.
