We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Local Support Assistant in Doha Qatar to assist with on-site interventions at our local office. Job Overview

The Local Support Assistant will be responsible for handling operational tasks on-site ensuring smooth processes for shipments inventory office support and general coordination. This is not a full-time role but an on-demand position with pre-scheduled interventions communicated in advance. Responsibilities

Shipment Assistance

— Prepare shipments to and from the office ensuring proper packing and documentation. Track incoming and outgoing shipments confirm deliveries and follow up with carriers (DHL FedEx etc.). Ensure timely delivery and consistent status follow-up. Inventory Management

— Conduct regular inventory checks for office equipment and supplies. Maintain and update inventory records reporting any discrepancies or low stock levels. General Support & Coordination

— Assist with miscellaneous tasks in the office as needed. Act as the on-site point of contact for support requests. Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve technical or logistical issues. Ensure clear communication regarding the status of shipments inventory and operational matters. Qualifications & Requirements

Energetic & Motivated : Proactive in handling tasks and problem-solving. Detail-Oriented : Strong accuracy in managing shipments inventory and light technical support. Flexible Availability : Must be available for on-demand interventions scheduled in advance (Sunday to Thursday in Qatar). Proximity to Office : Ideally located near the Doha office (Zone 17) to ensure quick response times. Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of office equipment and IT troubleshooting. Strong Communication Skills : Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external teams. Experience : Background in logistics admin or technical support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
