Pest Control Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the pest control team, ensuring adherence to schedules and service agreements.
• Conduct regular inspections of client premises to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Ensure the safe and proper handling, storage, and application of pesticides in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all pest control activities, including inspections, treatments, and material usage.
• Train and mentor pest control technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and the proper use of equipment.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pest control treatments and make adjustments as needed.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to pest control activities for management review.
