Ph.D. in the relevant field from a recognized university Demonstrated record of academic publications and scholarly work University-level teaching experience (minimum 2–3 years, preferred) Proficiency in English (Arabic is an asset, but not required) Experience with student-centered learning and digital teaching tools Commitment to academic excellence, ethical standards, and student development Salary & Benefits
