ACCOUNTABILITIES
The job holder is accountable for the following activities during RUYA Project execution :
Participate in the establishment and implementation of the Major Project Quality Management system.
Implement the Technical Referential and applicable local and international codes.
Assist projects in the execution of EPCIC phases : detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, transportation, and offshore installation.
Coordinate Quality Control and Surveillance activities, with strong support to packages related to Metallurgy, Welding, and Non-destructive Testing.
Establish and implement the project verification strategy in line with regulations and project requirements.
Review and advise on contractors', subcontractors', and suppliers' QA / QC Inspection & Test Plans for coherence and adequacy.
Define, organize, and coordinate Quality Surveillance of contractors and their main subcontractors; organize Pre-Inspection Meetings and visits, and issue performance evaluations.
ACTIVITIES
Promote and comply with applicable safety instructions and HSE procedures.
Ensure compliance with company values, policies, regulations, priorities, standards, procedures, and industry best practices.
Maintain confidentiality of information obtained in the course of work.
Coordinate the EPC12 Quality team, conduct meetings, and act as the main Quality focal point with the EPC12 contractor.
Assist in technical bid evaluations for critical items.
Organize or participate in qualification and follow-up audits for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Support work package teams to ensure implementation of surveillance plans based on criticality ratings.
Develop surveillance strategies for procurement and act as focal point for Third-Party Inspection (TPI) processes.
Review contractor and vendor documentation related to inspection and quality, including ITPs.
Ensure surveillance and test activities meet specified requirements.
Review inspection reports and share key information with relevant teams.
Implement KPIs for Quality Control and Surveillance.
Track and follow deviation requests (DEV), technical queries (TQR), Corrective Action Requests (CAR), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
Report regularly to the hierarchy and perform any additional duties as assigned.
Provide feedback on contractor, vendor, and TPI agency performance; support continuous improvement.
Verify contractor compliance with Certifying Authority (CA) assessments and lead related meetings.
Coordinate recruitment of the EPCIC12 site Quality Team.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education : Engineering Master’s degree or HND / HNC with minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas experience.
Experience : At least 10 years in Quality Management (QA / QC), spanning Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Hook-up, Brownfield, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up in offshore projects.
Certifications : Lead Auditor Course required.
Skills :

Knowledge of project specifications, EDMS, and industry codes / standards
Ability to work in a multicultural, complex project environment
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Languages : Fluent in English (mandatory)
Training : H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET required
