- Work with the sales team to improve store executions and implementations through store visits
- Analyze EPOS data and provide insights to sale steam on consumer insights and market trends
- Coach and mentor all team members, especially direct reports for performance and work closely with them during
the various stages of the performance cycle (goal setting, performance evaluations etc.)
Collaborate with existing suppliers to expand product categories & also collaborate with new potential suppliers toexpand into new product categories to generate revenues
Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility- develop planogramDevise long-term development strategies for product categoriesDevelop strategic plan for new launches & also develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.QUALIFICATIONS
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Professional Degree in Retail and Distribution Management;Preferable – Master’s Degree in International Business – Marketing or Communication
Work experience in any related sector – distribution, channel management, luxury retail industryWorking knowledge in channel management, supply chain management and relations, marketing campaigns andevents management; staff supervision and motivation
They must have a commercial mindset and understanding of sales & profitability workingUnderstanding of data analysis and forecasting methodsProficient in MS OfficeAn analytical mind with a strategic abilityExcellent communication and people skills
