• Must be aware of all aspects of the excursions program with relation to the tours sold on board.
• The overall responsibility of the Travel Desk / Experience Advisor is the day operation of the Sales program
• Sell tours to guests, generating revenue for the company.
• Provide information to guests on tours available to promote tour sales.
• Assist guests with questions relating to excursions and offer help with any special requests.
• Ensure that the monthly sales target has been achieved.
• Sending daily sales report to the Experience Manager.
• Sending daily attendance report to HR dept.
• Entering all the bookings in teh system
• Following up with the finance department regarding the cash payment.
• Good general knowledge of our products and services.
• Must be located in Qatar
• Strong Background in Sales and in Achieving Sales target
• Speaker of other foreign language is an advantage. (Russian / French / German / Italian / Czech / Polish)
• Experience in customer services roles in the Destination Management / travel and tourism industry.
• Sound knowledge of Qatar destinations would be an advantage.
• Should have excellent selling and promotional skills.
• Good product knowledge and handling the overall operation of the sales programs
• Resilient and flexible approach with the ability to respond to customer and company needs.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Driving License holder is an advantage.
