PTW Holder (Offshore)

• Obtain review and maintain valid offshore Permit to Work documentation before work begins.
  
• Ensure all offshore activities comply with approved PTW procedures HSE standards and client requirements.
  
• Verify risk assessments toolbox talks gas tests isolations and required safety precautions.
  
• Coordinate with offshore supervisors HSE personnel operations teams and work crews.
  
• Monitor worksite conditions and stop work immediately if unsafe conditions or permit violations arise.
  
• Ensure permits are correctly suspended extended transferred closed or cancelled after completion.
  
• Maintain accurate permit records supporting documents and daily offshore permit status updates.
  
• Confirm personnel understand job hazards emergency procedures escape routes and offshore safety requirements.
  

Requirements

Must have atleast 4-6 years of offshore experience in the Oil & Gas / LNG sector .

Must be a PTW QELNG Approved and have strong knowledge of PTW systems and offshore safety compliance.

Valid TBOSIET H2S OMF Certifications.

Required Skills:
