Digital Production Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities :

1.Set daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

2.Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

3.Allocate manpower assignment and relevant instructions

4.Ensure that work instructions are properly executed and that workers follow the correct production methods

5.Supervise the storage of produced materials at the factory

6.Ensure and supervise the safe operation of printing press machinery and equipment & schedule regular maintenance

7.Oversee and coach employees

8.Check production output according to specifications

9.Submit reports on performance and progress to management

10.Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements in report form to the management

11.Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures

12.Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

13.Recognize possible print issues and plan layouts accordingly in discussion with head of production

14.Apply strict guidelines for Quality Assurance to ensure the best possible product for clientele

15.Examining finished samples and approving quality before delivery to client

16.Monitor the quality of the product and ensure deadlines are met

17.Organize, Control and Monitor Production Area

18.Identifying and selecting appropriate options for binding, inks, paper, varnishes, and special printing processes

19.Ensure that a quality standards plan is created and enforced.

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Three-year college or university in any subject

2.Minimum of 5 year experience of which 3 in printing press field

3.Basic Safety Training, Related Production training, Effective Planning training, etc

4.Possesses strong negotiation skills

5.Has excellent verbal communications skills

6.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

7.Detail-oriented, possessing excellent ability to work independently as needed

8.Strong interpersonal skills

9.Strong command of English and working knowledge of the Arabic language
