Signage Production Supervisor Job Location Qatar Primary Responsibilities Set daily weekly monthly objectives and communicate them to employees Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Overseeing and coaching employee Check production output according to specifications Analyzed production trends and conducted extensive cost benefit analysis of product enhancements Worked closely with production team to enforce and maintain Quality standards Calculate complete cost estimate of a job Handling all Indoor Outdoor jobs Attending Client s Meeting regarding all the jobs Installation site visits taking final measurement for new signage Having responsibility from signage production to site installation Desired Skills Sign production installation experience Previous supervisory management experience preferred Strong computer and internet skills including Microsoft Office suite Able to work well under pressure to output high volume high quality work Able to use light power equipment Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of welding and steel work Able to read AutoCAD drawings
