Overview Assist the President / CEO with daily administrative duties and a broad variety of administrative tasks, including managing an active calendar, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex travel plans and agendas, and compiling documents for meetings.
Responsibilities
Manage the President / CEO's calendar and travel arrangements; prepare meeting materials and correspondence.
Complete expense reports and coordinate complex travel plans, itineraries and meeting agendas.
Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings with internal teams and external partners (e.g., SLT, TMG, PRB staff).
Qualifications
Ability to drive and be willing to drive.
Proficiency in Mandarin; ability to speak Mandarin.
Ability to translate between English and Mandarin (Mandarin).
