Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Supervision Engineer located in Doha, Qatar. The Civil Supervision Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards, conducting quality control, and monitoring site conditions. The role also involves coordinating with project stakeholders, addressing issues on-site promptly, and ensuring project progress aligns with the established timeline.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills to lead and monitor on-site activities effectively
• Experience in site supervision and on-site operations, with the ability to ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in quality control practices to maintain high standards across project deliverables
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, contractors, and other project stakeholders
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and best practices in construction
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and solve on-site challenges
