Overview

Job Title : Bank Teller - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and handle a variety of financial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
  • Assisting customers with account inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Identifying financial transaction needs of customers
  • Balancing daily cash drawers and preparing reports
  • Operating computerized check cashing systems
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality
  • Handling customer complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Previous experience in banking or a financial institution is highly desired but not required
  • English language proficiency is preferred
  • Full-time availability is required
  • On-the-job training is provided; candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
