Job Description

  • Operate and monitor district cooling plant equipment and chiller systems.
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of system operations, parameters, and issues.
  • Support basic maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machinery and control systems.
  • Follow safety protocols, operational standards, and company procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in chiller systems and plant operations (District Cooling experience preferred).
  • Technical Diploma or Certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
  • Strong understanding of BMS operations and plant control systems.
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle operational emergencies efficiently.
  • Candidates must be immediately available to join.

    • Requirements

  • Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical or related field)
  • Operate and monitor SCADA / BMS systems in real-time
  • Ensure optimal performance of HVAC, electrical, and utility systems
  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot building systems and utilities
  • Must be available for immediate joining
