We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Security to join our Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As the Chief Security you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security operations ensuring the safety of our personnel assets and information. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment while adapting to evolving threats and challenges.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies to protect the organizations assets personnel and information
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the security department including staff management budgeting and resource allocation
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures
- Design and manage emergency response plans and procedures
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
- Investigate security breaches incidents and suspicious activities preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions
- Implement and maintain cuttingedge security technologies and systems to enhance overall security posture
- Provide security briefings and training to employees at all levels of the organization
- Manage security for VIP visits and highprofile events
- Stay informed about global security trends emerging threats and innovative security solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external to promote a culture of security awareness
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior security management roleProven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategiesStrong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security in QatarCertifications in Fire Safety Management National Skills Recognition System CPR and First Aid ManagementExcellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffProficiency in security technologies and systems including surveillance access control and alarm systemsOutstanding problemsolving and critical thinking abilitiesExceptional communication skills both written and verbal in EnglishAbility to remain calm and make decisive actions in highpressure situationsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailFlexibility to work oncall and respond to emergencies outside of regular business hoursCultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in a diverse international environmentAdditional Information :
