Supervisor

Supervisor – Doha, Qatar We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the staff working under you and ensuring that the highest quality of service is delivered.

We expect you to have previous experience as a Supervisor in a similar field, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. You should also have excellent problem‑solving abilities, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and display great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing staff members' daily operations;
• Assigning tasks;
• Monitoring productivity;
• Ensuring safety regulations are followed;
• Ensuring that customer service standards are met;
• Providing effective feedback to staff;
• Providing guidance on policies and procedures;
• Resolving customer complaints efficiently;
• Tracking employee attendance records;
• Creating daily / weekly / monthly reports related to staff performance;

Training new staff members on company policies and procedures.
