Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Mixology and Service : Craft a wide range of cocktails and beverages with precision, whilst providing exceptional guest service and personalised recommendations.

Bar Management : Maintain a clean, organised bar area, manage stock, and assist in menu development to ensure a polished guest experience.

Team Collaboration : Work effectively with bar staff and other departments to maintain efficient service and a positive team environment.

Continuous Improvement : Stay informed of industry trends and new techniques to enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas to the bar's offerings.

Qualifications

• Luxury Experience : Proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment, demonstrating sophisticated service delivery.
• Skills and Knowledge : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in luxury hotel operations and management software, and understanding of service protocols.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Personal Qualities : Passionate, authentic individual with a commitment to creating memorable experiences and embracing diversity.
