PIH Coordinator

Job Purpose Perform Project Information Handover PIH activities for theOffshore Projects scopes Key Accountabilities Duties include but not limited to 1 Prepare for a uniform timely and adequate development of documents and information necessary for operations 2 Review and coordination of PIH Plans stipulating documentation delivery requirements for all Contractors and subcontractors 3 Identify all necessary actions to complete PIH and monitor track execution of the same 4 Identify the necessary procedures and work instructions for development validation and timely turnover of PIH 5 Work as an integrator to secure successful completion of PIH 6 Ensure timely preparation of all deliverables to allow turnover to operations according to schedules 7 Secure good communication between disciplines in the project within procurement engineering fabrication completion commissioning operations and Contractor teams 8 Interact with vendors suppliers subcontractors when clarifications on documentation are warranted 9 Ensure that all PIH requirements are fulfilled by Contractor s PIH Coordinator and Assistant s 10 Perform periodic audits of PIH compliance from all fabrication sites
