Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support to the legal team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Prepare and manage legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
Assist in legal research and analysis, gathering relevant information and summarising key findings.
Maintain and organise legal files and records, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
Monitor deadlines and track progress on legal matters, providing timely updates to the legal team.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including other departments, clients, and external counsel.
Support the legal team in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking contracts.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external use.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Legal Coordinator or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
