Overview

Entry-Level Merchandiser in Doha, Qatar. We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and executing merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the buying team to develop merchandising plans that align with company goals and customer needs Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform product selection and placement Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products Create visually appealing displays that effectively showcase products and attract customers\' attention Ensure all products are accurately priced and tagged according to company standards Continuously analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly Train and supervise junior merchandisers, providing guidance on product knowledge and presentation techniques Qualifications

African or Malayalee nationality preferred but not required Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of other languages is a plus No prior experience in merchandising necessary, but a passion for retail is a must Familiarity with biometric passports preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data Creativity and attention to detail when designing displays At our company, we value diversity and believe that everyone brings unique perspectives to the table.
