Major Responsibilities Design and implement the corporate business performance process Research and keep abreast of trends in the external and internal environment that present risks and opportunities for the organizations business performance Provide expertise and support to the corporate performance process both at a strategic and operational level including performance measure selection and reporting Develop business analysis capacity and capability within the organization Develop in consultation with Departments performance measures that enablesenior management to monitor the achievement of companys objectives and strategies and support decisionmaking Plan coordinate communicate and monitor the implementation of performance procedures for the department Conduct reviews of specific process and practices where problems and or inefficiencies are identified and recommend alternatives to achieve companys outcomes and targets
