Overview
The PMO Analyst will play a pivotal role in enabling the success of projects and programs by delivering high-quality data analysis, reporting, and governance support. The role requires a proactive professional who can bridge operational activities with strategic objectives, ensuring accuracy in project data and providing actionable insights for decision makers. Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze project progress, producing reports and dashboards that highlight performance and key risks Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and ensure adherence to best practices and governance frameworks Provide analytical and coordination support to project managers, assisting with planning, tracking, and control activities Utilize project management tools and software such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI to generate insights and streamline reporting Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain high-quality documentation across all workstreams Support leadership with executive-level presentations, performance metrics, and decision-support materials Ideal Candidate’s Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field 5–8 years of experience in PMO or project environments, preferably within large-scale programs in the government or public sector Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly Collaborative and solutions-oriented professional with stakeholder management expertise Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
