Key Accountabilities Lead the process of CREDIT FACILITY REVIEW CFR with a highquality analysis of credit applications for International Local Corporate SME Trade Financing and High Net worth HNWI VIP clients Adequately structure facilities adhering to defined risk levels and make sensible recommendations with practical and acceptable risk mitigating conditions to the approving authorities under the delegated credit authority To have a quality effective onetoone predeal discussions with the Business and Credit Team and reach an acceptable proposition which addresses the concerns of relevant stakeholders The discussion should be reflective in the credit applications or agreed upon through subsequent emails Any unresolved issues are to be documented for record by email Accurate spreading of financials and analysis in the MRA and carry out appropriate reclassifications wherever necessary and ensure that MRA grading of account is appropriately done and reflects the underlying risk Assist Business in portfolio quality management tracking and monitoring covenants and escalating overdue items for remedial Understand implement and communicate the Banks and QCB s policies procedures etc Promote a risk management culture and behaviour that provides adequate analysis sound judgment flexibility and an ideal balance of risks and rewards Provide necessary assistance in preparation of various MIS industry sector reviews as required from time to time by senior management Assist the Business in preparation of periodic and adhoc credit audits carriedout by Internal Audit and QCB Any other relevant tasks assigned by the Head of Credit Analytics from time to time
