Job Title: Engineering Supervisor (Temporary)

Location: Qatar
Contract Duration: April 30, 2026 – June 13, 2026

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor on a temporary contract to oversee maintenance operations and supervise technical teams within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient execution of engineering activities while maintaining high standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities based on priorities, manpower, and available resources
Supervise and coordinate the work of tradesmen and technical staff
Monitor and evaluate team performance and productivity
Provide recommendations on employee performance including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions
Ensure all maintenance and engineering tasks are completed in compliance with safety and healthcare standards
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth facility operations
Maintain proper documentation of work schedules, reports, and maintenance activities

Requirements

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- HVAC / Air Conditioning
- ELV / Electronics
- Medical Gas Systems
- Civil / Building Technology

Experience

5–10 years of total experience in engineering/maintenance
Minimum 4 years in a supervisory or similar role
At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare/hospital environment (mandatory)

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent planning and scheduling abilities
Good knowledge of facility maintenance systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with healthcare facility standards and safety regulations
Effective communication and reporting skills
