Responsibilities
Prepare review and manage contracts for roads operations and maintenance projects Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for contract development Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms Assist in contract negotiations and amendments as needed Prepare regular reports on contract status, issues and financial performance Collaborate with project managers to resolve contractual disputes and issues Ensure compliance with local and international contract laws and regulations Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures to improve efficiency Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration preferably in roads operations and maintenance (O&M) sector Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent analytical and data management skills Strong financial management and budgeting abilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with construction and engineering terminology Understanding of local and international contract law Knowledge of roads operations and maintenance (O&M) practices Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
