Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Practitioner / Specialist Physician to provide high‑quality medical care, diagnosis, and treatment for patients across various clinical settings. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of patient care, respond to emergencies, encourage preventive health maintenance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, assess, and diagnose a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Promote and ensure continuous improvement in clinical practices and patient service quality.
- Collaborate closely with supporting departments including Operations, Quality, HR, and Finance to streamline clinical processes.
- Provide consultative support, mentorship, and clinical supervision for medical staff.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Lead or support the development of medical policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Provide emergency and urgent medical care when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree plus accredited fellowship in a relevant medical specialty (Board Certified / Board Eligible).Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in ambulatory or urgent care settings.At least 5 years of administrative or leadership experience within a healthcare facility.Familiarity with QCHP, MoPH, and international clinical guidelines.Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), healthcare standards, and patient safety regulations.Proven ability to manage diverse medical cases and make sound clinical judgments under pressure.Valid Physician License from the Department of Healthcare Practitioners (DHP).BLS / ILS / ACLS Certification.Benefits And Perks
