Role Overview :

As a Student Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for students, providing them with essential guidance, support, and resources. Your role is key in ensuring a high-quality student experience, aligning with College policies and sector best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide accurate and timely advice to students and staff
• Assist students with access to resources, referrals, and self-help tools
• Manage student timetables, room bookings, registration, and graduation processes
• Support and contribute to the development of the Student Hub
• Maintain records of student interactions and provide reports as required
