Company Profile Mannai ICT the Information Communication Technology Division of Mannai Corporation is Qatar s leading systems integrator with over 30 years serving over 5 000 clients Mannai ICT offers endtoend IT solutions including networking servers storage software applications and digital transformation Mannai ICT supports Qatar s technological transformation with innovative and reliable services Job Profile We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Automated Services Creation Specialist to lead the design development and implementation of advanced automation solutions across our entire IT landscape This role requires deep expertise in automation principles scripting orchestration and cloud technologies to streamline processes enhance efficiency and improve IT service reliability and security Key Responsibilities Define and lead the development of longterm automation strategies aligned with business objectives Architect and design complex automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning configuration management security orchestration and cloud deployments Develop and implement scalable automation solutions for infrastructure components security controls cloud resources IaaS PaaS SaaS and integrations with ITSM and DevOps tools Utilize scripting languages Python PowerShell Bash and orchestration tools Ansible Puppet Chef Terraform to develop and maintain reusable automation modules and playbooks Demonstrate indepth expertise in cloud computing concepts IT infrastructure components and security concepts Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation solutions researching and implementing cuttingedge technologies and best practices Mentor junior team members on automation best practices and technologies Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions Troubleshoot and debug complex automation issues Communicate complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences
