We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Consultant / Expert with extensive expertise in tax law to join our Legal Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in preparing defense memoranda for tax-related cases and possess in-depth knowledge of litigation procedures and court practices.

Over 20 years in legal practice with a strong background in tax law and disputes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare comprehensive defense memoranda for tax litigation cases, ensuring all legal arguments are thoroughly researched and effectively presented.
• Provide expert legal advice on complex tax matters to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent the Tax Authority in court proceedings, effectively advocating on behalf of the organization.
• Conduct detailed legal research to support case strategies and stay updated on evolving tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement legal strategies that align with the Tax Authority’s objectives.
