• Manage and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with QCDD regulations, including preparation and submission of relevant documents for approval.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets for MEP works.
• Lead inspections and testing with QCDD and other regulatory bodies.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and provide solutions to avoid project delays.
• Maintain proper documentation and prepare progress reports.Information## Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MEP management.
• Valid QCDD Engineer Certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with local codes and international MEP standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid QID.
